Diagnosis
DIAGNOSIS — *Juengeria* Mandl, 1973. Body medium, ~14 mm, depressed, metallic. Labrum transverse. Wings fully developed. Larvae in vertical burrows. Separated from sympatric Afrotropical Cicindelina by aedeagal morphology [Cassola, 2002]. No tribe-level autapomorphies recorded in matrix v8; diagnosis combinatorial.
