Myanmadera
1 species
*Myanmadera* is a monotypic cicindeline tiger beetle genus found along the sandy riverine shores of Myanmar's Sagaing Region. Its single species inhabits bare sandy and clay-loam substrates within this tropical Oriental setting. The genus is distinguished from sympatric Burmese Cicindelina by aedeagal morphology.
Diagnosis
DIAGNOSIS — *Myanmadera* Wiesner & Phyu, 2015. Body small to medium, 9–14 mm, depressed; metallic coloration; labrum subquadrate; macropterous. Habitat: open wet, bare sandy, clay-loam, or riverine substrate. No tribe-level autapomorphies in matrix; diagnosis rests on combination of characters. Separated from sympatric Burmese Cicindelina by aedeagal morphology.
